First time visiting this Golf Course for Golf Lessons. All staff was friendly and the pro was top-notch. I learned specific techniques that complimented and added to my amateur skills that had an immediate impact on my performance. Would highly recommend Lessons here!

Cost was double anywhere else, was backed up waiting all day, course is not that great. Heatherdowns is way better.

Course was absolutely abysmal today. The experience was absolutely horrendous. I paid for 18 holes and left after 9. My issue is less with the course itself as I understand that it’s early season still, but for a course manager to still offer tee times at full price when half of the course is underwater and more than half of the tee boxes are un usable is absolutely ridiculous. I was very unhappy with the fact that golfers were not informed of the tee box closures and massive pools of standing water on the course. Also the greens had chunks missing and the sand traps were freaking pools. I’ll go back in the summer to re assess, but today I was thoroughly disappointed and the course should have been closed today.

Really well kept old golf course since 1925. Challenging greens. Pretty flat course and lots of trees and streams and some challenging water holes and one long par 3 200 off the whites. I caddied here in 58-60 and haven't been back since 1963. They have changed the original layout and I love it. Coming here from my home in Phoenix Arizona it is so nice to play on great grass and soft greens that you can get the ball to check up and backspin on these beautiful greens. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had fun today. Greens were nice given the time of year. Seen a red fox a couple of times and plenty of deer tracks that added to the pleasure of golfing today. Look forward to playing here again in the spring.
